Church Group Training
For church groups, YMI will host an interactive weekend-long overnight training at your church with qualified trainers that have mission trip experience. These trainers will conduct the training with the purpose of preparing your team for their mission experience. Trainings are tailored to the ministry location you have chosen. Here is what one youth pastor had to say about his church group's experience with us:

Prior to the training, YMI will talk with your primary youth leader, working with them to maximize the time we spend together. During the training, your team members will receive a training handbook. In addition, YMI will supply your group with a
training resource
containing ideas that you can use to help prepare your group over a six month time frame. All of this is included in the cost of the trip!
Each church training will include:
- Training on the culture your group is going to.
- A time to work on sharing testimonies.
- Learning tools for evangelism here and around the world.
- Time to grow closer as a team.
- Opportunities for each member to grow in their relationship with God.
All you need to provide is the facility and the food for the weekend!
